You can participate solo or with a team of up to 4 people.
If you want to participate but feel you need a team, join the Range Engine Discord server and introduce yourself in the #collabs chat. (Reminder, the first-place prize is shared among the team, while the other prizes are distributed individually to each team member).
The use of online assets and content is allowed, as long they have free licenses such as Creative Commons (CC0) or Attribution (CC BY), and proper credit is given.
You can also use the content from Range Engine Store.
The voting process consists of 50% public votes and 50% votes from a specialized Range Engine team.
Besides voting for the best games, the Range Engine team will also rate each game based on gameplay, story, optimization, level design, sound design, and graphics. These ratings will be averaged, with a final score out of 10.
Yes, participants are allowed to assist each other during the jam period.

Non-compliance with the rules will result in disqualification.
The Range Engine Team is not responsible for any possible damages caused by the jam's games, the game's author will be held responsible for any dishonesty/intentional deception actions or any damage caused by their game, being subject to legal sanctions.
Rules
Explicitly copied content from other games is not allowed.
The use of copyrighted effects/music is NOT allowed, as the developed games will be broadcasted on the Range Engine channel.
Any form of vulgar content, or any references to politics or religion is strictly prohibited.
Gore content should NOT be represented through real photos or videos, but should be exclusively fictional and stylized.
Is reccommended that each team provide prints of development documenting the progress and main phases of development of the game throughout the days of the jam in the #work-in-progress chat on the Range Engine Discord.
Games should not contain commands that interact directly with the user's operating system, such as commands to shut down the computer or delete files.
